Guest guest Posted April 13, 2010 Report Share Posted April 13, 2010 3-Bean Pot 4 to 6 mushrooms, sliced 3/4 cup chopped onion 1-2 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2' chunks or 15 oz can zucchini with tomatoes 15 oz can white beans, drained 15 oz can red beans, drained 15 oz can black beans, drained 8.25 oz can sliced carrots, well drained 2 cans (14.5 oz) cajun style stewed tomatoes or stewed tomatoes 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil 1/2 teaspoons white pepper Combine all ingredients in large pot (can use crock pot, and leave on till hot, several hours) and heat on stove till warm.
