Judy,

 

Thank you for the notes from the article on healthy foods. I appreciate

having that kind of nutritonal information when I think of what to fix for a

meal. Sometimes it seems hard--who could eat a cup and a half of lima beans

every day? On the other hand, it's encouraging to see that my husband and I are

doing SOME things " right " nutritionally, when I look at our diets now and

compare it to what we USED to eat!
