Guest guest Posted March 1, 2010 Report Share Posted March 1, 2010 Rice Pudding Ingredients 2-1/2 cups cooked rice 1-1/2 cups scalded milk 2/3 cup white or brown sugar 3 eggs; beaten 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. vanilla 1 tsp. each cinnamon, nutmeg 1/2 cup raisins 3 tbsp. soft butter or margarine Directions Combine all ingredients.
