Guest guest Posted January 20, 2010 Report Share Posted January 20, 2010 Crockpot Vegetarian Chili 1 can (19 oz.) black bean soup or use canned beans and smash with some water 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (16 oz.) vegetarian baked beans 1 can (14.5 oz.) chopped tomatoes, I use flavored ones 1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained 1 onion, chopped; 1 red or green bell pepper, chopped 2 ribs celery, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tbsp. chili powder, or to taste 1 tbsp. each dried parsley, dried oregano, dried basil In a crockpot, combine black bean soup, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, baked beans, tomatoes, corn, onion, bell pepper and celery.
