Mae Jean Bulgur in the Crockpot 2 cups bulgur wheat 1 onion, chopped 1 bunch green onions, sliced 1 cup sliced mushrooms 5 cups vegetarble broth 4 tablespoons melted butter salt to taste Combine all ingredients in the Crock Pot and stir well.
