Guest guest Posted January 16, 2010 Report Share Posted January 16, 2010 Crockpot Orange Barley Casserole 2 cups orange juice 1/3 cup barley 1/4 cup dried currants 1/4 cup dried apricots, halved 1/4 cup chopped dates 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped 1/2 tsp. ground allspice 2 to 3 tbsps. chopped walnuts or pecans In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
