Guest guest
Hi Everyone, slice up some veggies in chunks: carrots, potatoes, celery, onion, water chestnuts, whatever floats your boat, or whatever you have in the fridge, and add a package of onion soup mix and water. If you don't like using the soup mixes you can grate an onion instead, or mince it up fine in the food processor. then add spices. you can experiment and see what works for you. i use a packet of the onion soup mix, a splash of cooking wine, a splash of soy sauce, a lot of garlic powder, about a tablespoon of each; thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano, cilantro, and maybe a teaspoon of margarum. There is no wrong way, just experiment with the spices. cook on low for about 6 hours. Add slices of Quorn " chick'n " fillets, or Quorn ground, or any Quorn flavor and cook another hour. YUMZ.
