Guest guest Posted December 14, 2009 Report Share Posted December 14, 2009 17-Bean Soup 1 lb 16-bean soup mixture 1 Tbs Italian seasoning 2 quarts vegetable stock 1/2 lb green beans, cut into 1 " pieces 3 stalks celery, chopped 3 carrots, diced 8 oz sliced mushrooms 2 tsp onion flakes 1 tsp garlic granules 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper Additional water to cover mixture by 1 " -2 " 1 Soak dried beans overnight. 2 Drain beans and combine with remaining ingredients in crock pot. 3 Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
