Cheesy Creamed Corn

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

3 packages frozen corn -- (16 ounce)

1 package cream cheese (8-oz) -- cubed

1 package cream cheese (3-oz) -- cubed

4 tablespoons butter -- cubed

3 tablespoons water

3 tablespoons milk

2 tablespoons sugar

6 slices American cheese -- cut up

 

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and mix well. Cover and cook on low

for 4 - 5 hours or until heated through and the cheese is melted. Stir well

before serving.

 

Yield: 12 servings.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 cups frozen whole kernel corn -- thawed

1 cup chopped onion

1 8 oz package Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese

2 teaspoons dried parsley

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

 

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared

container, combine corn and onion. Add cream cheese, parsley, and black pepper.

Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Mix well before

serving.
