This fantastic vegetarian recipe was posted over on

the slow cooker by Tamara last week...

which is an omnivore group, but once in a while a

good veg or easy to convert to veg recipe will come

along. This is one soup for me; all of ingredients are

simple yet flavorful in this combination.

Cooking in a crock pot during the work week makes

meals simple. Thanks, Tamara!
