Bulgur wheat 5 C. veggie broth 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 tsp. minced, garlic 1/4 C. red bell pepper, diced 1/4 C. mild green chiles, seeded & diced 1/2 C. patty pan squash, diced 1/2 C. frozen whole peas 1/4 C. fresh parlsey, minced 1Tb. fresh mint, minced 2 Tb. fresh basil, minced 2 Tb. lemon thyme, minced 1 tsp. old bay seasoning fresh ground pepper 3 Tb. olive oil Place all ingredients in crockpot cook for 8-10 hours.
