Guest guest Posted October 6, 2009 Report Share Posted October 6, 2009 This recipe was shared by Tweaker [tomitwkr] back in 2002 and it looks like a great way to try using bulgur in the slow cooker. Enjoy! ~ PT ~ Bulgur Pilaf 2 cups bulgur wheat 1 onion, chopped 1 bunch green onions, sliced 1 cup sliced mushrooms 5 cups veggie broth 4 tablespoons melted butter salt to taste Combine all ingredients in the Crock Pot and stir well.
