Guest guest Posted August 4, 2009 Report Share Posted August 4, 2009 adapted from rival cookbook 19 oz loma linda veg burger or equivalent 12 oz soy chorizo 1 small onion, chopped 14.5 oz diced tomatoes (recipe called for 28 oz but i only had i can) 15 oz garbanzo beans 15 oz kidney beans 15 oz black beans 8 oz veg stock (recipe called for 8 oz tomato sauce but i didn't have on hand so i substituted) 4 oz chopped mild green chiles 2 tablespoons chili powder saute onion. place all ingredients into crockpot. cook low 6-8 hours.
