Myrtle Artichoke Cheese Dip 1 8 oz. can plain artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 8 oz. pkg. shredded Italian blend cheese 1/8 tsp. onion powder 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise garlic powder to taste Mix together all ingredients but the Parmesan together and place in a sprayed casserole dish. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until hot and bubby. Serve with crackers, tortillas or corn chips.
