Artichoke Cheese Dip

1 8 oz. can plain artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 8 oz. pkg. shredded Italian blend cheese

1/8 tsp. onion powder

1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

garlic powder to taste

Mix together all ingredients but the Parmesan together and place in a sprayed

casserole dish. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and bake at 350 degrees for 30

minutes, until hot and bubby. Serve with crackers, tortillas or corn chips.

Keep it hot in a mini crockpot

Myrtle,

This is great and those small crockpots are a great way to keep dips like this

warm, during a party, etc.
