Guest guest Posted September 26, 2008 Report Share Posted September 26, 2008 Crock Pot Lentil Curry beans, crockpot, curry, dressings, indian 2 cups dried lentils; (i use 1 cup brown, -- lentils and 1 cup masoor dal; which i get from an international grocery in to 4 red potatoes; washed and chopped 1/2 cup pearl barley 2 onions chopped 4 cloves garlic; minced 2 cups green cabbage; chopped 2 cups oriental broth-swanson's canned; is great 4 cups water 2 tablespoons + more to taste curry powder 1 teaspoon five-spice powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons soy sauce 4 cups cooked rice Put all ingredients into the crock pot. Stir well to mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours.
