Guest guest Posted July 23, 2008 Report Share Posted July 23, 2008 Indian Split Pea Soup 1 lb Dry yellow split peas 2 Celery stalks; chop fine 1 lg Carrot; chop fine 1 md Onion; chop fine 2 tb butter 1 tb Curry powder 1 tb Lemon juice 1 Bay leaf 1/2 ts Salt 3 veg. bouillon cubes 2 qt Water Place all ingredients in crockpot, stir, cover, cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
