Jann,

Look in the " substitutes for Meat " recipe folder over on the group and then in the recipe

subfolders, " not cow " and Not chicken " folders, including the burgers

recipes subfolder under " not cow " . You'll find several of my recipes using

these products. also the rice recipe in the grain recipes and ethnic recipe

folder.

products around here so your info will come in so handy!
