[Mary's Notes: Supper on 3/11/07. My first experience with this type of

dish. I loved it, however, I loaded it down with many/much more spices than

called in this recipe. I served it over barley! My husband didn't care for

it but that was expected as he doesn't like " tomatoey " dishes. He had

something different for supper. Changes I made/products I used: no olive oil

as I used nonstick spray, 2 onions instead of one, Hunt's No-Salt-Added

Whole Tomatoes a total of 29 1/2 ounces, and no salt. During the last hour

of cooking I added onion powder, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash Southwestern

Chipotle {enough to make it very tongue tingling!} and freshly ground black

pepper. MasterCook Nutritional information is correct for the changes I made

and products I used.]
