Guest guest Posted June 22, 2008 Report Share Posted June 22, 2008 Italian Tortellini Stew (crockpot) 1 onion, chopped 2 medium zucchini, sliced 5 cups vegetable broth 28-oz can crushed tomatoes 15-oz can great northern beans 2 tbsp basil 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 8 oz dry cheese filled tortellini Combine all ingredients, except tortellini, in the crockpot.
