Guest guest Posted June 19, 2008 Report Share Posted June 19, 2008 Italian Chikun and Brown Rice 1 1/2 cups diced vegetarian chicken like Veat, Quorn leftover roast, seitan or Fri-Chik 1/2 cup chopped white onion 2 celery stalks, chopped 1/3 cup fresh peas 1 carrot, chopped 2 cups brown rice 1/4 cup dry white wine or you can use white grape juice instead 2 1/2 cups vegetable broth Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
