Guest guest Posted June 19, 2008 Report Share Posted June 19, 2008 Curried Rice and Vegetables 1 cup long-grained rice 1 Tbsp. curry powder 3 1/4 cups water 1/4 cup lentils 3 vegetable bouillon cubes 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 medium onion, quartered and thinly sliced Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
