As one of the new moderators of this soon to be wonderful group for veg crock pot cooking, I am very happy to be here and use my crock pot year 'round. The crock is perfect for us vegheads on the go. I have many great recipes that are tried and true. I will start posting them soon. I look forward to reading the posts and seeing what you all are cooking.
