Guest guest Posted June 18, 2008 Report Share Posted June 18, 2008 I enjoy making baked sweet potatoes in the crock-pot, especially during the holidays, when I need a lot to make a sweet potato casserole. Enjoy, Judy Baked Sweet Potatoes Scrub Sweet Potatoes and wrap individually with aluminum foil. Pack as many into the crock pot as it will hold and still let the lid close completely. Bake 3 hrs on high or 5 hrs on low. The skin on these will be so tender you will enjoy eating them as well. All the wonderful flavor and nutrition stays in these potatoes, when baked this way. I love to eat it just like this, mashing or dicing it up, with no toppings, but you can add whatever you want, such as cinnamon, brown sugar, butter, etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
