Guest guest Posted February 17, 2004 Report Share Posted February 17, 2004 Hearty Cheese Hash Browns 5 cups frozen hash brown potatoes 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup milk 1/2 cup half-and-half 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced 1 cup frozen peas 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp paprika Lightly Spray inside of cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low for 7 hours or on High for 3.5 hours. We serve with scrambled or fried eggs. Yum!
