Guest guest
Wow. Thought that " Gimme Lean " was national product. I am in San Francisco Bay Area. " Gimme Lean " is ubiquitous hereabouts, sold fresh in plastic wrapping with metal-pinched ends, like bulk sausage. It is found in regular supermarkets near the tofu, veggie dogs, etc., usually near produce section. Once grocery strikers are no longer out on strike, one can return to shopping at Safeway and Albertson's, or in Southern California, Ralph's and Von's, and buy it at all those places. Very convenient for spaghetti sauce; one can also use the canned " burger " made by Worthington Foods for this sort of recipe. With enough garlic and fresh herbs, can be pretty tasty stuff.
