I have an 18 qt Nesco (like they use in school cafeteria's and stuff) I

use it for cooking turkey or ham, and a couple of weeks ago used it to

make stew for meal one of my groups did for 75 high school students (two

of us each made one full) They work great for large quantity cooking,

and you can use it like a slowcooker or a mini oven.
