Marilyn,

Thanks very much for the millet butter recipes. I've got the millet, now

just need the agar, and the cashews (wonder if walnuts would work?). It will be

fun to experiment with this.

Jude--Cashews are the " traditional " nut used for sauces and milks, etc.,

because they are so neutral and creamy. But if you do use any other kinds,

please

let us know how they work!
