Guest guest
Millet is my favorite grain for use in a variety of ways...I am surprised to hear that folks don't like it...my favorite pilaf is made with millet. Are you all toasting the millet before cooking it? That makes the difference in good millet and yucky millet. I understand we all have different tastes but I was really surprised to hear the " anti " millet passion. Guest guest
Ardee-ann--I'm not totally anti-millet. I just can't think of too many ways I really enjoy it, that's all. It's simply not my favorite grain. But it's " okay " . Marilyn Mom of eight VERY interesting kids, and proud grandma-to-be of TWINS!
