Guest guest Posted January 12, 2004 Report Share Posted January 12, 2004 Mixed Vegetables (Crockpot) 2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables, partially thawed 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 2 cans condensed cream of celery soup 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1/2 cup water 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted In crockpot, combine mixed vegetables with celery. In medium bowl, mix soup with seasoned salt, dry onion soup mix, water, and melted butter. Pour over vegetables in pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours, until vegetables are tender.
