Guest guest Posted January 12, 2004 Report Share Posted January 12, 2004 Cream Cheese Potatoes 2 Tbsp dried onion, minced or chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 8 medium potatoes, scrubbed & sliced (about 2 lbs) 1 pkg (8-oz) cream cheese, cut in cubes Lightly grease crock pot In a small bowl, combine onion, garlic, salt & pepper Layer 1/4 of the sliced potatoes in bottom of crock pot Sprinkle with 1/4 of the seasoning Layer with 1/3 of cream cheese cubes Continue layering process, ending with layer of potatoes, then sprinkle with seasoning Cover, cook on High 3 to 4 hours In last hour of cooking, stir potatoes to distribute the cream cheese Serve when potatoes are tender Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
