Guest guest
Hi! I just got a crockpot and am looking for a vegetarian crockpot ccokbook. Does anyone know if such a book exists? Also my crockpot is a three quart size and lots of recipes seem designed for larger ones. How do I downsize recipes? (I'm only cooking for two so I didn't get a bigger pot.) Thanks in advance for any help. I'm very happy to find this gr

As to downsizing, I guess you could just halve things... good luck, Janet in NC Crockpot Recipes: http://www.mega-zine.com/kitchen/crock-pot/index.html http://www.cbt.net/dedwards/crockpotrecipes.htm http://saraskitchen.faithweb.com/index4.html http://www.wins.uva.nl~mes/recipe/gale/crockpot/crkpot-coll.html http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~mjw/recipes/crockpot/veg-crkpot-coll.html http://members.tripod.com/vegiemama/mycookbook/ Also, try these websites, and search their recipe indexes: http://www.vegsource.com http://www.fatfree.com
