Guest guest Posted September 30, 2002 Report Share Posted September 30, 2002 Cereal 1/4 cup cracked wheat 1/4 cup oat groats or steel cut oats 1/4 cup dried unsweetened grated coconut or oatmeal 3 cups water 1/4 teaspoon salt - (to 1/2 tspn) 1/4 cup pearl barley 1/4 cup brown rice Just before bedtime, combine all the ingredients in a crockpot set on LOW temperature.
