TVP Veggie Soup

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup TVP chunks

2 cloves garlic -- minced

1 cup chopped onions

1 cup carrot chunks

5 teaspoons vegetable bouillon granules

1/4 cup converted rice

15 ounces tomatoes -- diced

3 1/2 cups water

2 cups pinto beans -- cooked

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

15 ounces cut green beans

1 cup okra -- chopped

 

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
