Guest guest Posted April 20, 2002 Report Share Posted April 20, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Broccoli Potato Casserole Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Casseroles Crockery Kitchen Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 20 ounces frozen broccoli spears -- thawed 1 can cream of celery soup 1 1/4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 cup minced green onion 1 cup crushed saltine crackers 1 cup cubed potatoes In large bowl, combine broccoli, soup, 1 c of the grated cheese and the minced onion. Pour into lightly greased crockpot. Add potatoes. Stir gently. Sprinkle top with crushed crackers, then top with remaining cheese. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
