Add the apples, coconut, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon to crockpot. Stir gently to mix. Drizzle caramel topping over all. Combine the flour, oats, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over caramel topping. Cover; cook on high for 3 hrs or until apples are cooked.
