Apple Coconut Crisp

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 large granny smith apples -- peeled, and sliced

1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut

1 tablespoon flour

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping

1/3 cup flour

1/2 cup quick oats

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

 

Grease the crockpot well. Add the apples, coconut, flour, brown sugar, and

cinnamon to crockpot. Stir gently to mix. Drizzle caramel topping over all.

 

Combine the flour, oats, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over caramel

topping. Cover; cook on high for 3 hrs or until apples are cooked.
