Guest guest Posted April 11, 2002 Report Share Posted April 11, 2002 This was incredibly easy: 2 t olive oil 1/2 cup diced onions 1/2 cup diced celery 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 can blackeyed peas, undrained Put olive oil, onions, celery, and bell peppers in crockpot on high for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
