Guest guest Posted March 22, 2002 Report Share Posted March 22, 2002 Bulgur Pilaf 2 cups bulgur wheat 1 onion, chopped 1 bunch green onions, sliced 1 cup sliced mushrooms 5 cups veggie broth 4 tablespoons melted butter salt to taste Combine all ingredients in the Crock Pot and stir well.
