Guest guest Posted February 11, 2002 Report Share Posted February 11, 2002 Crockpot Oriental Vegetables 1 small green pepper, sliced thinly 1 small onion, sliced 4 oz carrots, thinly sliced 4 oz parsnips, thinly sliced 1 tbs. brown sugar 1 tbs. soy sauce 1 tbs. tomato puree 5 fl. oz. pineapple or orange juice 1 tbs. flour Put all ingredients bar the flour in the slow-cooker.
