Warm Spirited Mocha

From The Best Slow Cooker Cookbook Ever

Put on a pot of dessert coffee just before guests arrive for dinner, and it'll

be ready in time for dessert.

MAKES 10 SERVINGS

8 cups brewed cold coffee, chocolate flavored if desired

3/4 cup sweet ground chocolate and cocoa mix (such as Ghirardelli)

1/2 cup Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur

1/2 cup Kahlua or other coffee liqueur

1 cup heavy cream, whipped

1. In a 3 1/2-quart electric slow cooker, combine the coffee and ground

chocolate mix. Stir to blend well.

2. Cover and cook on the high heat setting 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until very hot.

3. Stir in the Grand Marnier and Kahlua. Ladle into mugs or heatproof stemmed

glasses. Top with a spoonful or two of whipped cream and serve. The coffee can

be kept warm on the low heat setting for 1 hour.
