MAKES 10 SERVINGS 8 cups brewed cold coffee, chocolate flavored if desired 3/4 cup sweet ground chocolate and cocoa mix (such as Ghirardelli) 1/2 cup Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur 1/2 cup Kahlua or other coffee liqueur 1 cup heavy cream, whipped 1. In a 3 1/2-quart electric slow cooker, combine the coffee and ground chocolate mix. Stir to blend well. 2. Cover and cook on the high heat setting 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until very hot. 3. Stir in the Grand Marnier and Kahlua. Ladle into mugs or heatproof stemmed glasses. Top with a spoonful or two of whipped cream and serve.
