Serve warm or chilled over angel cake or frozen yogurt. 3 cups cranberry-raspberry drink or cranberry juice cocktail 1 (8-ounce) package mixed dried fruit, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 (3-ounce) package dried cranberries or 2/3 cup raisins 1/2 cup honey 6 inches stick cinnamon 1 tablespoon finely shredded orange peel 1 (12-ounce) package loose-pack frozen red raspberries 1. In a 3 1/2- or 4-quart crockery cooker combine the cranberry-raspberry drink or cranberry juice cocktail, dried fruit, dried cranberries or raisins, honey, stick cinnamon, and orange peel. 2. Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours. Stir in frozen raspberries; let stand 10 minutes. Discard cinnamon. Spoon compote into bowls. Makes 6 servings.
