Guest guest Posted October 18, 2001 Report Share Posted October 18, 2001 Crockpot Bean Soup 1 lb. dry asst. beans 1/2 cup pearl barley 1 28 oz. can chopped tomatoes 2-3 carrots, chopped 2-3 stalks celery, chopped 1 large onion, diced 2 bay leaves 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp marjoram salt+pepper to taste Veggie stock (or water) to fill pot Place in crockpot and cook on medium heat 8 hours.
