Can someone please tell me what tempeh is and what size packages it comes

in? This sounds like a wonderful recipe for fall and I'm looking forward to

preparing it.

Also, I need main dish recipes for lunch that can be prepared right after

breakfast and be ready to eat in 5 hours.

Thanks in advance,

Kathy
