Sumptuous Spinach and Artichoke Dip

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

8 ounces cream cheese -- cubed

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic -- minced

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 14 oz can artichokes -- drained & finely chopped

1 pound spinach leaves -- stems removed, washed & finely chopped

tostadas or tortilla chips

 

Combine ingredients in slow cooker stoneware. Cover and cook on high for 2

hours, until hot and bubbling. Stir well and serve with tostada or other

tortilla chips.
