Guest guest Posted September 3, 2001 Report Share Posted September 3, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Chocolate Rice Pudding Recipe By :Betty Crocker's Slow Cooker Cookbook Serving Size : 10 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Betty Crocker's Slow Cooker CB Puddings & Custards Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 cups cooked white rice 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup cocoa 3 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 12 oz cans evaporated milk Spray the inside of a 3 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until liquid is absorbed. Stir before serving. Serve warm or chilled.
