Easy Beans & Franks Soup

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 28 oz can vegetarian baked beans

1 11.5 oz can V-8® vegetable juice

6 vegetarian hot dogs

3 medium carrots -- chopped (1 1/2 cups)

1 large onion -- chopped (1 cup)

2 cloves garlic -- minced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce -- (vegetarian available)

 

Mix all ingredients in a 3 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker.

 

Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours or on high heat for 3 to 4 hours or

until carrots are tender.
