Guest guest Posted August 19, 2001 Report Share Posted August 19, 2001 Lima Bean Casserole 1 pound Dry lima beans 3 teaspoons Salt 1 tablespoon Molasses 1/2 cup Butter 3/4 cup Packed brown sugar 1 tablespoon Dry mustard 1/2 cup Sour cream Cover beans with water and 1 ts salt, soak overnight. Drain beans and refill pot with water to cover beans, bring to boil and simmer until soft. Drain. In crockpot, mix beans and butter. Mix together sugar, salt, mustard. Sprinkle on beans. Stir molasses and sour cream together, pour over eans and mix all together.
