Bring up corners of cloth and tie with an elastic band or kitchen twine to form a bag. Combine cider and brown sugar in slow cooker, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add spice bag. Place orange slices on top. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 5 hours or until hot. Remove spice bag and discard. Optional: For a decorate touch, cut apples in half crosswise and place, cut side down, in baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until apples halves are fork tender.
