Guest guest Posted June 28, 2001 Report Share Posted June 28, 2001 General Oven to Crockpot Cooking Time Conversions Oven Crockpot 15 to 30 minutes 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 hours on HIGH or 4 to 6 hours on LOW 35 to 45 minutes 2 to 3 hours on HIGH or 6 to 8 hours on LOW 50 minutes to 3 hours 4 to 5 hours on HIGH or 8 to 18 hours on LOW This is a GENERAL list. I suggest keeping an eye on your crockpot the first time you cook a dish in it until you know how it will turn out. Happy Cooking!
