Slow Cooker Rice

4 cups converted long-grain rice -- uncooked

10 cups water

4 teaspoons salt

 

Pour rice, water, and salt into greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for

2-3 hours or until rice is tender but not overcooked. Stir occasionally.
