Cream Cheese Scallion sandwiches

 

1 package cream cheese

3 tbs. butter

1 bunch green onions thinly sliced

1/2 cup parsley minced

pepper to taste

1 cucumber sliced

bread with crust removed or loaf of pre-packaged appetizer sized bread

 

In food processor blend parsley and scallions until very fine then add cream

cheese and butter and pepper. Process until cream cheese is evenly green.

 

Spread mixture on bread add cucumber slices. and cut sandwiches into 4

triangles.
